Father Frost and Snowmaiden

This colorful box was painted by Boris Shavirin from the village of Fedoskino.
The box shows major charackters from popular fairy-tale "The Snowmaiden", or "Snegurochka". The tale was also adapted into an opera by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov.
