. The scene is painted in the traditional Mstera style. The lid is decorated with intricate floral and leafy patterns painted with tempera paints. The box's sides are decorated with a nice leafy pattern.
The box is made out of paper-mache. Black lacquer covers the exterior and red lacquer covers the interior of the box. The lid is hinged from the top of the scene, and the box rests on four round legs. The work is signed with the artist's initials, Mstera and the title.
